You will want to know what files are created and in which directory. Select the Options button (or menu item) and have a look at what you can change

• The deployment directory is the directory where all the necessary files are deployed
• The index file is the main file which is read from the browser.
• The Javascript file is the file where the folder tree structure is saved.
• If the Navigate while adding nodes options is true, the browser window on the bottom right will show the web page associated with the selected node.

Then you have the left frame file name and the right frame file name.

You may want to set the deployment directory as the root directory of the files that have to deployed on the net.
